Legal basis

Under Article 13 of the Federal Constitution and the Data Protection Act (FADP), everyone is entitled to protection of their privacy and against misuse of their personal data. We treat personal data as confidential and in line with the applicable rules and this notice.

Data sent over the internet, for example by email, can have security gaps. Protection against access by third parties cannot be guaranteed in every case.

This website can be used without an account. We collect personal data on a voluntary basis where possible. We pass data to third parties only with consent, where the law requires it, or where a processor handles it solely for us.

Hosting

The website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages (Cloudflare, Inc.). Visits produce the usual server logs (IP address, time, URL requested, browser identification). Cloudflare may process these data to provide and secure the service. Cloudflare's privacy notice applies.

Contact form and email

If you write to us through a form, we store your details to handle the enquiry and any follow-up. The contact form sends name, email, topic and message (food-service forms also business name and phone, bike-courier interest also postcode) to Cloudflare Pages Functions; from there an email goes via Resend (Resend, Inc.) to SlowGrow. Reply-To is the address you entered. A hidden extra field (honeypot) and a timing check filter automated submissions. The helper fields are discarded after the check.

Maps

The depot map on the pick-up page loads map tiles from OpenStreetMap (tile.openstreetmap.org) when you open the page. Google's privacy terms apply when you open the directions links in a new tab.

Films

We link films on YouTube. Playback on youtube.com is subject to Google/YouTube terms.

Web analytics

Once we enable Cloudflare Web Analytics on the Pages project, Cloudflare measures reach cookieless via a beacon.

Your rights

You have the right to information, correction, deletion and restriction of processing, and to receive your data. Use the contact form.
