Field tour with SlowGrow and HofLabor. We explain controlled traffic farming, strip cropping and mulch, their effects and the machines. SlowGrow has worked with these methods for more than 10 years, without pesticides or readily soluble fertilisers. HofLabor grew out of that work in 2021, with the aim of making mosaic farming scalable. Questions are welcome at any time.

At SlowGrow, healthy, flavourful food and the development of forward-looking farming methods are central. We grow vegetables, arable crops and various speciality crops on around 20 hectares in Gossau and Mönchaltorf.
